Having a UL listed central station is a mark of distinction pursued by alarm monitoring companies and trusted by consumers. But earning the distinction can be a lengthy and intricate process that requires demonstrating a range of competencies followed by ongoing inspections to maintain the certification.

Since our inception, Security Partners has been proud to maintain UL’s certification program and to have obtained that mark of distinction pursued by alarm monitoring companies. Our central station SOP’s as well as our physical building comply with UL 827 and we are UUFX certified. We participate in regularly scheduled audits to maintain the high standards and principles of integrity required by UL’s certification program.

Security Partners is proud to have attained the coveted CSAA 5 Diamond certification, one of many signs of our industry leadership role.

In addition, every member of our monitoring team is CSAA Level I or Level II certified. We are committed to raising the level of customer service provided by Security Partners by availing ourselves to random inspections by the Central Station Alarm Association, and committing to ongoing job related training.
