All operators are subject to pre-employment and random drug and alcohol testing, criminal background screening and an aptitude test. All operators must complete the CSAA Operator Level I training. All operator activity is reviewed on an on-going basis. Multiple incentive programs are used to continually educate, motivate and certify our operators. Security Partners surpass the competition in operator retention with many operators boasting five plus years of employment with Security Partners.
