Security Partners central station is delivered both inbound and outbound, local and long distance telephone and data services via underground fiber from separate telephone carrier central offices. Our last mile of delivery is contracted through four separate provided carriers. In addition, Security Partners invested in equipping our central station with dual points of presence in our facility for the onsite distribution of our voice and data traffic from our various carriers and paths. All calls, voice or data, including receiver traffic, are processed by our Avaya s8300 phone switch or our redundant Lucent/Avaya G3 Definity phone switch.
