Security Partners is contracted for 24/7 support on all servers and peripheral devices, including the operator workstations directly with the manufacture, Dell Computers. Currently our automation configuration includes 8 Dell Power Edge servers. All operator workstations are outfitted with Dell computers complete with dual 19” monitors. This provides the operator with maximum screen capacity for monitoring integrated solutions including traditional alarm monitoring coupled with access and video management.
