Security Partners offers 2 Way voice monitoring services. Through a hands-free, two-way speaker system your customers can talk instantly with a live monitoring center operator during an emergency situation. Dealers Nationwide are charging up to $45.99 per month for residential customers with the enhanced 2 Way voice feature. The installation of a 2 Way voice system is fundamentally the same as installing a standard residential alarm package. 2 Way voice is currently available using POTS lines but is expected to work through internet protocol in the near future.
