Data Entry
Security Partners offers data entry services to dealers who are more comfortable emailing or faxing changes to the central station as opposed to using the 24/7 online portal. Data Entry is available with a 24 hour turnaround time. The data entry department is staffed Monday – Saturday from 7am until 11 pm. Security Partners will load and check all new dealer account information in preparation for a line swing free of charge. On an ongoing basis your accounts can be set up for operators to accept changes from your customers with a valid passcode. If this option is selected changes will be made to call list information, temporary dispatch instructions, and passcode and your office will be notified via email.
